Vedra Capital

Public data outbound, run on revenue share

Your next hundred clients already filed.

Vedra Capital builds and runs outbound email systems from public data, at our cost, for a share of the revenue they bring in. We start with the Form 5500, the annual report most private retirement and large benefit plans file with the Department of Labor.

How it works

Every email is written from the prospect's own filing.

The filing names the company, the plan, the people covered, the vendors and what each vendor was paid. That is a better opening line than anything a sales team can guess.

  1. We read your book

We find every plan that names your firm, every plan that left you last year, and who took it. You see it before you sign anything.

  2. We build the list

Every plan in your states that fits your work, ranked by what its filing shows. Your current clients come off the list.

  3. We write from the numbers

Each email opens with that company's own figure. You approve the copy. Nothing goes out in your name without your yes.

  4. We run the system

Domains, inboxes, warmup, enrichment and sending are ours to build and ours to pay for. Your main email domain is never touched.

  5. You take the meeting

Interested replies land on your calendar with the filing attached. Your team runs the conversation and signs the client.

  6. We keep the ledger

Every account we introduce is logged with a date. You see the ledger every month. We only earn on accounts in it.

Who it is for

Firms the filing already names.

The file names these firms and their clients. A firm with 20 to 500 plans is large enough to serve new accounts and small enough to have no outbound team of its own.
